• Role & Company / Project Overview Dunetech is hiring an experienced Appian Technical Lead / Solution Architect to be based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead end-to-end Appian solution architecture and technical delivery. - Design integration patterns with Core Banking, CRM, DMS, and API Gateways. - Define deployment architecture, High Availability / Disaster Recovery (HA/DR), and environment strategy. - Conduct rigorous code reviews, health checks, and architecture governance. - Lead sprint planning, technical estimations, and technical backlog management. - Mentor developers and champion Appian platform best practices across the engineering team. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Overall Experience: 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years of dedicated Appian experience and 3+ years in a Lead or Solution Architect role. - Core Appian Skills: Deep expertise in Appian Process Models, SAIL, Records, Data Fabric, and Security Groups. - Architecture: Proven background in Enterprise BPM and Low-Code Solution Architecture. - Integrations: Proficiency in REST/SOAP Integrations, Connected Systems, Web APIs, and Kafka/MQ. - Databases: Hands-on database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB. - DevOps & CI/CD: Appian DevOps, CI/CD, and Release Management expertise. - Industry Domain: Experience in Banking or Financial Services is preferred. - Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SAMA, NCA ECC, and PDPL compliance regulations. - Certifications: Appian Certified Lead Developer is mandatory; TOGAF or Cloud Certifications are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Application Instructions - Share profiles and resumes directly to the recruitment email provided.
