• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking a motivated UNIX Midrange Support (Junior) professional for a contract engagement in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. The ideal candidate is a Linux/AIX Systems Administrator with midrange server support experience or enterprise data centre background ready to contribute to critical server and storage infrastructure. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Linux, UNIX, and AIX administration and support - Server configuration, support, and midrange systems management - Storage management involving SAN/NAS, IBM SVC, and NetApp - Backup and recovery operations utilizing NetBackup - Ongoing monitoring and system performance tuning • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience level: 0-3 Years (Junior) - Strong technical proficiency in Linux, UNIX, and AIX environments - Hands-on experience or familiarity with storage systems (SAN/NAS, IBM SVC, NetApp) - Practical exposure to backup and recovery using NetBackup - Demonstrated skills in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting - ITIL knowledge or certification preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada (100% Onsite) - Contract Period: November 30, 2026 – December 31, 2027 • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package and contract terms • Application Instructions - Qualified applicants are encouraged to forward their updated CV/resume through the designated contact channels.
