Role & Company / Project Overview: Spectech Qatar is hiring an experienced Piping Supervisor to join their operational team. The role focuses on overseeing piping operations, site execution, and quality control on projects, with preference given to candidates possessing extensive Oil & Gas sector background. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise piping installation, fabrication, layout, and testing activities on site. • Coordinate with engineers, welding teams, and contractors to ensure execution according to isometric drawings and engineering specifications. • Enforce strict workplace health, safety, and environmental standards. • Conduct inspections of piping works and ensure compliance with project milestones and quality requirements. • Monitor manpower, materials, and daily site workflow to optimize productivity. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5+ years of relevant supervisory experience in piping works. • Strong background in the Oil & Gas industry (strongly preferred). • In-depth knowledge of piping standards, blueprints, and site installation practices. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
