• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for an experienced Operations Supervisor for a project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. Suitable candidates must have strong hands-on experience in process operations, valve handling, equipment monitoring, and plant safety procedures. This is a project-based role with immediate sourcing and deployment prioritized. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Operate and control process systems and equipment on site. - Read and interpret P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams). - Execute valve operations, line-up verification, opening/closing, and isolation activities. - Monitor and adjust process parameters including pressure, flow, level, and temperature. - Work with and inspect pumps, piping systems, control valves, and field instruments. - Coordinate effectively with operations, maintenance, and construction teams. - Implement and uphold PTW (Permit to Work) systems, HSE requirements, and safe work practices. - Participate actively in plant start-up, shutdown, and equipment troubleshooting activities. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong hands-on experience in process operations, valve handling, equipment monitoring, and plant safety procedures. - Expertise in Valve Operation & Isolation. - Proficiency in P&ID Interpretation. - Solid background in Process Monitoring & Control. - Demonstrated capability in Pressure & Flow Adjustment. - Proficiency in Equipment Troubleshooting. - Thorough understanding of HSE Compliance & Permit Systems. - Direct experience in Plant Start-up & Shutdown Activities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar. - Duration: 6 Months (Extendable). - Joining: Immediate Deployment Preferred. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are requested to contact immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
