• Role & Company / Project Overview Win Kaizen Consulting is inviting profiles from experienced Supplier Quality professionals for Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager opportunities within the automotive and auto components manufacturing ecosystem in Pune / Chakan. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties 1. Manage Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Development processes. 2. Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). 3. Conduct supplier audits and assessments. 4. Implement and monitor PFMEA and Control Plans. 5. Execute Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). 6. Lead 8D problem solving, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Supplier Corrective Actions. 7. Handle component development and monitor supplier quality performance. 8. Address and resolve recurring supplier quality issues effectively. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience 1. Total Experience: 5 to 9 years in Supplier Quality within Automotive or Auto Components manufacturing. 2. Must have practical experience working directly with suppliers and be able to clearly explain specific supplier-quality challenges personally handled. 3. Good to have / Desirable: - IATF 16949 exposure - VDA knowledge - Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt / Green Belt • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details 1. Work Location: Pune / Chakan, Maharashtra, India. 2.
