Role & Company / Project Overview: Kinetic Watts & Volts Limited (Kinetic Group) is looking for an experienced Vendor Development Engineer to join our team in Pune. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Vendor identification, development, and supplier management. • Sourcing of automotive, mechanical, electrical, and EV components. • Supplier evaluation, audits, and performance monitoring. • Cost negotiation, commercial finalization, and cost reduction. • Coordination with Purchase, Quality, Production, and R&D teams. • Ensuring quality standards and timely material availability. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical or relevant Engineering). • Experience: 7–9 Years. • Preferred Profile: Candidates with 7–9 years of experience in Vendor Development, Supplier Management, and Sourcing within the Automotive / Two-Wheeler / EV Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
