• Role & Company / Project Overview Abhijeet Engineers is hiring Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) for entry-level positions at their heavy engineering manufacturing facility near Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. As a Tier-1 partner producing critical structural components and precision equipment for leading global OEMs like JCB, Mahindra, Sandvik, and Sany, Abhijeet Engineers offers fresh diploma holders an exceptional platform to build hands-on technical and shop-floor skills. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Production Operations: Acquire direct hands-on training and shop-floor experience in heavy structural fabrication, plate cutting operations (CNC Plasma/Laser), fit-up, and welding lines. - Machining Division: Learn shop-floor setup and machining execution on multi-axis CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC machines. - Quality Assurance: Learn to interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and GD&T symbols, utilizing precision instruments including Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Bore Gauges for part verification. - New Product Development (NPD): Gain exposure to prototype manufacturing, APQP/PPAP documentation, and manufacturing engineering processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering (2025 / 2026 Pass-outs). - Foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering drawings and workshop measuring instruments. - High motivation to learn and work on the production shop-floor. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Plant situated near Talegaon Dabhade, Pune (Candidates residing in Pune, PCMC, Chakan, or Talegaon preferred). - Walk-in interview schedule: Friday to Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits - Structured on-the-job training led by industry professionals. - Clear, accelerated career growth pathway in heavy precision manufacturing. - Stipend and perks provided according to industry benchmarks. • Application Instructions Eligible diploma candidates can walk in directly to the plant or email their resume using the subject line: Fresher Application | DET | [Your Name].
