• Role & Company / Project Overview Abhijeet Engineers is conducting a freshers hiring drive for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) at their manufacturing plant near Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. Abhijeet Engineers is a premier Tier-1 partner manufacturing heavy structural components and precision equipment for global industrial giants including JCB, Mahindra, Sandvik, and Sany. This role serves as a launchpad for ambitious young technical talent eager to translate academic foundations into practical shop-floor engineering expertise. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Production Operations: Gain hands-on exposure to heavy structural fabrication, plate cutting (CNC Plasma/Laser), fit-up, and welding lines. - Machining Division: Learn and execute shop-floor operations on advanced multi-axis CNC Turning, VMC (Vertical Machining Center), and HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machinery. - Quality Assurance: Master reading complex 2D/3D engineering drawings and GD&T symbols; perform inspections using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Bore Gauges. - New Product Development (NPD): Understand prototype creation, APQP/PPAP documentation workflows, and manufacturing process flows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering (2025 / 2026 Pass-outs). - Basic understanding of engineering drawings and precision measuring tools. - Strong passion and enthusiasm for shop-floor learning in a heavy engineering environment. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Onsite plant role located at Abhijeet Engineers, Near Talegaon Dabhade, Pune (Candidates residing in Pune, PCMC, Chakan, or Talegaon preferred). - Walk-in interview timings: Friday to Wednesday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits - Structured on-the-job training guided by experienced industry experts. - Fast-tracked career progression within a Tier-1 manufacturing setup. - Stipend and benefits provided as per industry standards. • Application Instructions Walk in directly to the plant or submit your resume via email with the subject line format: Fresher Application | GET | [Your Name].
