Role & Company / Project Overview: Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd is hiring Batches of 2024, 2025 passed out & 2026 passing out for Diploma Engineering Trainees (DET) in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines as part of Campus Recruitment 2026. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Learn the plant first-hand across Foundry, Machine Shop and Maintenance (Mechanical) or Electrical Maintenance (Electrical). - Assist in production and record process parameters. - Support preventive and breakdown maintenance. - Read drawings and job cards, and use measuring and testing instruments. - Help identify defects. - Support supervisors in guiding workmen and ITI trainees. - Follow SOPs, EHS and 5S guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Eligibility: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/EEE from a recognised polytechnic. - No active backlogs. - Medically fit for plant/shop-floor work. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Plant / shop-floor work environment. - Onsite operations. Selection Process: Pre-placement talk & registration -> Test -> Technical interview -> HR interview -> Medical fitness & document verification.
