Role & Company / Project Overview: Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd invites partnership for Campus Recruitment 2026, hiring Batches of 2024, 2025 passed out & 2026 passing out for ITI Trainees. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Hands-on shop-floor work in the trade: - Moulders prepare sand moulds and cores and assist in pouring. - Fitters assemble, align and maintain plant machinery. - Machinists operate lathe, milling and grinding machines to drawing. - Electricians handle wiring, motors, panels and fault-finding. - Welders do arc, MIG/CO2 and gas welding, fabrication and repair. - All follow SOPs, EHS and 5S. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Mechanical (Machinist/Turner), Foundry/Moulder. - Eligibility: 10th pass + ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade. - Common eligibility: No active backlogs, medically fit for plant/shop-floor work. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Plant / shop-floor work. - Onsite environment. Selection Process: Pre-placement talk & registration -> Test (DET/GET) -> Technical interview -> HR interview -> Medical fitness & document verification.
