Role & Company / Project Overview: Bansal Wire Industries Ltd. is actively hiring enthusiastic ITI Freshers to join our production and technical team at our Dadri unit. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Undergo technical training and support daily plant operations in production and maintenance • Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with industrial safety and operational protocols • Support maintenance technicians in routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive upkeep • Execute assigned workshop and fabrication duties based on ITI trade specialization Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: ITI Passout (Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Welder, or relevant trade) • Experience: Freshers welcome (Batch 2023 / 2024 / 2025 passouts eligible) • Strong enthusiasm to learn manufacturing, production, and mechanical/electrical maintenance workflows Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dadri plant, Uttar Pradesh, India • Work Setup: Onsite • Walk-in Interview Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (for one week from posting date) Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Best in industry / As per interview performance and company norms • Benefits: Overtime (OT), Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other company benefits as applicable Application Instructions: Interested candidates can attend the walk-in interview directly at the plant or share their updated resume via WhatsApp or phone contact.
