Role & Company / Project Overview: FCS Infotech is hiring an experienced and skilled Kafka Administrator for an opportunity based in Pune. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and administer Apache Kafka clusters • Perform cluster setup, configuration, monitoring, and proactive health checks • Handle troubleshooting of cluster issues and resolve operational bottlenecks • Execute performance tuning, optimization, and capacity management • Ensure replication, high availability, fault tolerance, and data integrity across Kafka environments Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of relevant experience in Kafka Administration • In-depth expertise in Apache Kafka and Kafka Cluster Administration • Strong background in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • Solid understanding of replication mechanisms and high availability architecture Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India • Work Mode: Onsite / Standard IT working hours Application Instructions: Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume with the subject line 'Kafka Admin – Pune'.
