Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Data Scientist to join our team in Pune. The candidate will work on advanced predictive modeling, pricing optimization, and MLOps pipelines. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Build and train survival/hazard-based models to estimate sale probabilities and recommend item-level pricing and disposition actions. - Test models in shadow mode, measure real-world performance against benchmarks, and collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable MLOps pipelines (feature stores, CI/CD). - Evaluate data readiness, engineer complex features (demand signals, seasonality, costs), and design workarounds for data gaps. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in data science and machine learning. - Strong expertise in survival/hazard-based modeling, pricing optimization, and feature engineering. - Hands-on experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams on MLOps pipelines including CI/CD and feature stores. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Please share your updated profile to the designated recruitment contact.
