### Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking experienced Data Scientists passionate about Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI-driven innovation. The incumbent will develop advanced AI/ML models, contribute directly to Digital Twin initiatives, and lead junior team members in delivering impactful, data-driven business solutions. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and optimize advanced AI/ML models and Digital Twin architectures. - Lead, mentor, and technically guide junior Data Scientists across project lifecycles. - Drive customer discussions regarding AI/ML technical solutions and business requirement mapping. - Build, deploy, and scale robust machine learning solutions in production environments. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable, data-driven business outcomes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of overall experience in data environments, including at least 2 years of specialized Data Science experience. - In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of Statistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. - Hands-on experience developing statistical and ML models: regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, and hypothesis testing. - Strong programming skills in Python with libraries including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. - Solid knowledge of feature reduction, multivariate analysis, sensitivity analysis, and optimization algorithms. - Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms and integrating them seamlessly with existing data systems. - Ability to design ML algorithms from scratch, solve complex architectural challenges, and guide junior personnel. - Desirable Qualifications: Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ML model deployment practices; familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, and Google Colab; excellent data visualization, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills; proven track record of translating business problems into data-driven technical solutions. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV for consideration.
