• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong hands-on expertise in Python, GCP, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions to join our team in Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and GenAI solutions. - Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy LLM-based and Agentic AI applications. - Build scalable APIs, pipelines, and cloud-based deployment solutions. - Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders. - Monitor production models and drive continuous improvements. - Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and operational readiness. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5–10 Years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning. - Advanced Python and SQL programming skills. - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – production deployment experience. - Hands-on expertise with Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, and Agentic AI Systems. - Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end model development, deployment, and productionisation. - Proven track record with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, API development, and model monitoring. - Strong background in statistical modelling and machine learning algorithms. - Experience building and maintaining production-ready AI/ML solutions. - Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Data Scientist capable of independently taking AI/ML solutions from problem definition and experimentation to production deployment, with strong stakeholder management and ownership skills. - Good to Have: Experience with AI coding assistants, particularly Claude Code. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Up to 30 Days. • Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit an updated CV for consideration.
