### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Data Analytics & Reporting Automation Engineer to join our data engineering and analytics team in Pune. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries. • Build and maintain robust ETL / ELT workflows. • Automate recurring reports and data validation processes. • Create interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. • Analyze business trends, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Ensure high data accuracy and deliver actionable business insights to stakeholders. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics and reporting automation. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. • Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. • Practical experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools. • Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization methodologies. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India ### Compensation & Benefits • Budget: Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum (₹7 LPA) ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should share their CV including current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and current location to the provided hiring email.
