Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for the position of Workforce Analytics Analyst – RMG within the IT Services / Resource Management domain, based in Pune. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle workforce utilization and bench reporting. • Manage RMG / MIS reporting and data analytics. • Deliver report automation and end-to-end reporting solutions. • Identify utilization gaps across teams and provide actionable business insights. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. • Domain: IT Services / Resource Management. • Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, Power BI, DAX, Power Query & Power Pivot. • Hands-on experience in utilization and workforce reporting. • Strong analytical skills and report automation expertise. • Proven ability to identify utilization gaps and deliver data-driven business insights.
