Role & Company / Project Overview: zeapl.ai is seeking an experienced Product Analytics Manager in Pune to lead analytics initiatives for innovative B2B SaaS products powering customer engagement, loyalty, marketing automation, and retail growth. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead data engineering initiatives, analytics strategy, and BI dashboard development. • Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines. • Drive AI-powered product insights to guide product roadmap and business growth. • Provide technical leadership across cross-functional product and engineering teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of relevant experience in product analytics or data engineering. • Proven technical leadership and analytics product experience. • Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud/data architecture. • Extensive experience building BI dashboards, managing data pipelines, and implementing AI-driven insights.
