Role & Company / Project Overview: Clyptus is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) SME to join its cybersecurity team in Pune. The position focuses on enterprise IAM operations, connector design, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide subject matter expertise for Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016/2019 deployment and maintenance • Develop and support MIM workflows utilizing Oxford OCG Library and MIMWAL • Configure and troubleshoot Management Agents and custom connectors for diverse enterprise targets • Implement identity integration between MIM and enterprise applications like SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and Boomi • Script automated procedures with PowerShell, C#, and Visual Basic • Administer underlying systems including SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows Server • Deliver reliable L1/L2/L3 operational support, diagnostics, and bug fixing in production Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5–8 years of preferred experience in Identity & Access Management • In-depth expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016/2019, MIMWAL / Oxford OCG Library, and MIM Workflow Development • Proven track record with Management Agents, Custom Connectors, and SAP / SuccessFactors / Boomi integrations • Strong proficiency in PowerShell Scripting, C#, or Visual Basic • Experience managing IAM dependencies on SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows Server • Demonstrated background in L1/L2/L3 operations and production support • Preferred additional skills: Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, ADFS, MFA & Single Sign-On, Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, Exchange Online & Microsoft 365 Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India • Work Mode: Hybrid • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation matching domain expertise Application Instructions: • Interested applicants are requested to send their updated resume via email.
