Role & Company / Project Overview: Clyptus is looking for a Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) SME to join its IAM practice in Hyderabad, supporting mission-critical enterprise identity architecture and operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and maintain Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016/2019 platforms across enterprise landscapes • Author and optimize identity workflows using MIMWAL and Oxford OCG Library • Build and manage Management Agents and custom connectors for system synchronization • Execute integrations connecting MIM with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and Boomi • Automate IAM processes using PowerShell scripting, C#, and Visual Basic • Ensure high availability and performance across SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows Server systems • Deliver comprehensive L1/L2/L3 support and resolve production identity incidents Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5–8 years of experience preferred in IAM environments specializing in MIM • Strong expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016/2019, MIMWAL / Oxford OCG Library, and MIM Workflow Development • Hands-on technical background in Management Agents, Custom Connectors, and integration with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and Boomi • Solid scripting capabilities in PowerShell, C#, or Visual Basic • Working knowledge of SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows Server infrastructure • Experience handling L1/L2/L3 operations and production support • Nice to have: Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, ADFS, MFA, SSO, Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Work Mode: Hybrid • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on qualifications and interview performance Application Instructions: • Interested professionals should submit their latest resume by email.
