Role & Company / Project Overview: Clyptus is hiring an experienced Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) SME for its Cybersecurity / Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain. The role centers on managing and advancing enterprise IAM operations, workflows, and identity system integrations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide hands-on administration and engineering for Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016/2019 environments • Implement and support MIM workflows using MIMWAL and Oxford OCG Library • Develop and configure Management Agents and custom connectors for various target systems • Integrate identity pipelines with enterprise systems including SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and Boomi • Create automated maintenance and sync scripts with PowerShell, C#, and Visual Basic • Manage supporting IAM infrastructure spanning SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows Server • Execute L1, L2, and L3 operational support, incident diagnosis, and root cause analysis Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 8 years of preferred experience in enterprise IAM and MIM administration • Core skills: Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016/2019, MIMWAL / Oxford OCG Library, MIM Workflow Development • Proven experience configuring Management Agents, custom connectors, and enterprise application integration (SAP, SuccessFactors, Boomi) • Strong command of PowerShell Scripting, C#, or Visual Basic • Experience with SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows Server hosting • Demonstrated success in L1/L2/L3 operations and production support • Desirable: Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, ADFS, MFA & SSO, Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, Exchange Online & M365 Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India • Work Mode: Hybrid • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Compensation & Benefits: • Industry-standard salary package based on SME expertise Application Instructions: • Forward your updated CV via email to apply.
