Role & Company / Project Overview: AM Infoweb is hiring experienced candidates for the International Voice Process (US Process) based at Kalyani Nagar, Pune. There are 20 open positions available. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Coordinate with US insurance companies, law firms, hospitals, and medical facilities to obtain patient medical reports within the required deadlines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process. • Excellent English communication skills. • Maximum employment gap allowed: 4 months. • Educational Qualification: Graduates and eligible undergraduates with relevant experience can apply. • Mandatory requirement of having relevant international voice process experience. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Shift: Fixed US shift. • Weekly Offs: Saturday and Sunday fixed off. • Work Mode: Onsite. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (₹3–5 LPA). • Attractive Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹7,000. • Paid overtime.
