• Role & Company / Project Overview: MG Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced professionals to join its US Healthcare blended process team in Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle US Healthcare blended process operations involving international voice and back-office support. - Manage patient, provider, or payer communications with exceptional clarity and service standards. - Process healthcare records, insurance verification, claims, or related documentation in accordance with US healthcare protocols. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Excellent communication skills. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process. - Availability: Immediate joiners only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shifts: Fixed US shift. - Working Days: Saturday & Sunday fixed off. - Work Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month. - In-hand salary: Approximately ₹34,000 per month. - Incentives: Additional ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 performance-based incentives. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their CV on WhatsApp mentioning 'HEALTHCARE'.
