Role & Company / Project Overview: Velion IT Consulting is looking for customer-focused professionals to join the team as Customer Support Associates – Seller Support in Pune. This role is dedicated to customer service excellence and structured problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage seller support and customer service queries in a high-volume, target-driven setup. • Maintain accurate case records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established processes. • Use multiple systems, CRM tools, and case-management software to track and resolve tickets. • Escalate complex issues appropriately according to workflow protocols. • Handle inquiries relating to orders, product listings, inventory, payments, returns, shipping, and seller account management. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ months of experience preferred; experience in E-commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, Contact Centre, or BPO is an advantage. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities. • Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven, high-volume environment. • Comfortable operating multiple internal systems, CRM, and case-management platforms. • High attention to detail and process adherence. • Freshers and experienced candidates both considered; immediate joiners preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Working Days: 5.5 days per week. • Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month.
