• Role & Company / Project Overview: Varite is hiring an experienced Gen AI Engineer to build, enhance, and deploy enterprise-grade LLM applications and intelligent multi-agent systems, going beyond basic chatbot development or prompt engineering. This is an exciting opportunity to work on production-ready, cutting-edge Generative AI solutions and be at the forefront of innovation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Work on existing Gen AI platforms and debug technical issues within the existing codebase. - Enhance existing codebases and build reusable AI solutions and accelerators. - Design and implement multi-agent systems and AI workflow orchestration. - Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database retrieval. - Templatize prompts, workflows, and agent configurations for reuse across multiple enterprise use cases. - Engage directly with clients on both business and technical discussions. - Implement robust software engineering practices including Git version control, code reviews, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience. - Must-Have Skills: * Strong hands-on experience in Python programming. * Proven experience developing Gen AI and LLM-based applications. * Multi-agent systems and AI workflow orchestration. * Prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). * Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases. * Familiarity with Gen AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. * Strong software engineering practices (Git, code reviews, unit testing). - Good to Have / Preferred: * Experience building reusable Gen AI authoring frameworks and accelerators. * Prompt, workflow, and agent configuration templatization. * Containerization and deployment on Kubernetes (EKS or similar). * Working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and vector stores for application data and retrieval. * Cloud services exposure (AWS preferred), API development, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite/regular working setup. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation based on experience and industry standards (not specified). • Application Instructions: - Share your updated resume with the recruitment team to apply.
