• Role & Company / Project Overview: Genesis Group, an industry-leading conglomerate in Hospitality, QSR, Catering, and Industrial Services, is hiring an experienced Facility & Maintenance Manager to direct facility operations and physical asset management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of physical facilities, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. - Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs across outlets, kitchens, and commercial properties. - Supervise technical maintenance teams, contractors, and service vendors. - Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 7 years cognate experience within a top QSR, Retail, FMCG, or Industrial Catering brand in Nigeria. - Proven track record of performance, integrity, and capacity to deliver results. - Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., COREN or equivalent) are an added advantage. - Strong leadership, technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Nigeria. - Onsite facility operations. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive remuneration aligned with industry standards. • Application Instructions: Qualified candidates should apply by sending an updated CV via email.
