• Role & Company / Project Overview: WorkNovas LLC is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with strong BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain experience to lead enterprise ServiceNow implementation, integration, migration, and transformation initiatives. The role is a long-term position based in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and lead enterprise ServiceNow implementation and digital transformation projects from initiation to deployment. - Drive ownership of project execution, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communication. - Coordinate across cross-functional teams including ServiceNow developers, architects, business analysts, integration teams, and infrastructure teams. - Lead Agile delivery teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and milestone tracking. - Oversee enterprise integrations and Single Pane of Glass initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation, platform modernization, and transformation projects. - Strong domain background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, or Investment domain experience is required). - Deep technical and practical understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, platform capabilities, and implementation lifecycle. - Strong expertise in ITSM, ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Management. - Solid knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and enterprise service management solutions. - Understanding of enterprise integrations. - Strong Agile delivery leadership is non-negotiable. - Proven technical project management, risk management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. - Ideal candidate profile: ServiceNow SME + Technical Project Management + ITSM/ITIL + BFSI Domain + Agile Leadership. - Work authorization: H1B welcome. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054. - Work arrangement: Hybrid. - Preference: Local Arizona candidates preferred. - Duration: Long Term. • Application Instructions: - Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews, with in-person attendance required for Round 2. - Eligible and interested candidates should submit their updated resume for consideration.
