### Role & Company / Project Overview PTC GROUP is hiring a Digital Marketing Supervisor for LVELEA GASTROPUB / Pub in Phnom Penh. The role is focused on driving digital campaigns, social media visibility, brand promotion, events marketing, and customer engagement across online channels for the venue. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, nightlife promotions, and special pub events. • Manage social media platforms, content calendars, advertisements, and community engagement. • Track digital performance metrics, engagement rates, and ROI on marketing campaigns. • Coordinate marketing initiatives aligned with pub opening hours and promotional calendars. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and promotional campaigns. • Background from F&B fields like pub, club, restaurant, or similar entertainment and hospitality sectors is preferred. • Strong creative, analytical, and digital execution skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Shift Timing: 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). • Work Location: Boeng Kak, Near Borey 90, Phnom Penh, Cambodia (Onsite). ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive remuneration package. ### Application Instructions • Direct employer opening (Not an agency).
