### Role & Company / Project Overview PTC GROUP is urgently hiring a passionate and talented General Manager for its growing hospitality team at LVELEA GASTROPUB / Pub venue in Phnom Penh. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete venue operations, hospitality standards, and staff leadership during night operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide end-to-end leadership and management for the gastro pub/club venue. • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, guest service excellence, and staff discipline. • Drive revenue targets, manage operating costs, and maintain food, beverage, and service quality standards. • Coordinate between operational teams, kitchen, bar, and supervisory management. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Prior management experience in F&B fields like pub, club, restaurant, gastropub, or similar hospitality sectors. • Strong operational leadership, problem-solving, and staff management capabilities. • Excellent communication and guest relations skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. • Work Location: Boeng Kak, Near Borey 90, Phnom Penh, Cambodia (Onsite). ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary package discussed upon interview. ### Application Instructions • Direct employer hiring (Not an agency).
