### Role & Company / Project Overview PTC GROUP is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join the hospitality management team at LVELEA GASTROPUB / Pub in Phnom Penh. The Operation Manager will supervise floor operations, service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency during evening and late-night shifts. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Supervise daily shift operations across the pub floor, bar, and dining areas. • Monitor guest service delivery, table turnover, inventory usage, and bar/kitchen coordination. • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and operational bottlenecks swiftly. • Enforce standard operating procedures, hygiene protocols, and security guidelines. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Prior operational management experience in F&B fields including pub, club, restaurant, or related hospitality venues. • Strong organizational, coordination, and team supervision skills. • Ability to work late evening and night shifts in a dynamic pub environment. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. • Work Location: Boeng Kak, Near Borey 90, Phnom Penh, Cambodia (Onsite). ### Compensation & Benefits • Attractive salary based on experience and competencies. ### Application Instructions • Direct employer hiring (Not an agency).
