• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Risk Adjustment Medical Coder Team Leader to lead and support our medical coding operations. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing coding quality, providing subject matter guidance, and driving team performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and mentor a team of risk adjustment medical coders. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Risk Adjustment coding guidelines and methodologies. - Perform quality audits and ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and coding accuracy standards. - Manage operational metrics, productivity, and performance benchmarks across the team. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on Risk Adjustment Coding experience. - Prior background as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or people-manager experience is highly preferred. - In-depth understanding of ICD-10 coding and Risk Adjustment / HCC models. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Setup: Temporary Work From Home. - Schedule: Shifting schedule. • Application Instructions: - Submit an updated resume for screening and evaluation.
