### Role & Company / Project Overview PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Patient Services Supervisor to lead patient support and service operations within their US Healthcare division. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead, guide, and supervise the patient services operational team. • Ensure high standards of customer service, patient engagement, inquiry resolution, and satisfaction. • Manage service level agreements (SLAs), handle escalations, and monitor team performance. • Coordinate with medical billing and revenue cycle teams to resolve patient billing inquiries and disputes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven experience in US Healthcare BPO, Patient Services, and Customer Service. • Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing customer-facing healthcare support teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • US Healthcare shifts. • Location: Philippines. ### Application Instructions Submit your updated resume via email to the contact provided in the listing.
