### Role & Company / Project Overview Versatile Creation is hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team in Perai, Penang. The role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, equipment reliability, team leadership, and standards compliance. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and oversee hands-on maintenance operations across plant facilities and machinery. • Manage planning, scheduling, and budget management for maintenance activities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean methodology). • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental standards, and compliance regulations. • Manage, mentor, and direct maintenance personnel and technical teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Science) or related field. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance. • At least 3 years in a managerial role. • Proficiency in budget management, planning, and scheduling. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Knowledge of safety and environmental standards (e.g., ISO 13849-1, UL, etc.). • Experience in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean). • Data-driven and analytical skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Perai, Penang, Malaysia • Onsite plant environment ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified ### Application Instructions • Submit your resume to the designated recruitment contact.
