• Role & Company / Project Overview Dauch is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering initiatives and plant technical functions in Penang. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and lead the manufacturing engineering department across plant production lines. - Oversee manufacturing processes, equipment integration, process improvements, and line optimizations. - Drive manufacturing capability enhancements in machining, CNC, and assembly lines. - Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, production, and maintenance teams to ensure operational targets are met. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant managerial and engineering experience in manufacturing operations. - Experience in automotive manufacturing and/or machining environments is an added advantage. - Knowledge of CNC operations, precision assembly, and manufacturing engineering standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time manufacturing plant role based in Penang (with operational proximity to Kulim). • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive managerial compensation package in line with industry standards. • Application Instructions - Send your CV or candidate referrals to the recruitment email.
