### Role & Company / Project Overview Versatile Creation is seeking an experienced Tooling Manager to join its manufacturing team in Perai, Penang. The position is responsible for overseeing tooling engineering, mold maintenance, and machinery management. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee tooling engineering and mold operations within the facility. • Lead tooling processes related to plastic molding and die casting. • Provide technical expertise and oversight for mold (tooling) and machineries. • Lead, develop, and supervise the tooling and technical team. • Implement continuous improvement and operational best practices. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 7 years of tooling engineering experience. • Experience in plastic molding and die casting. • Technically sound in mold (tooling) and machineries. • Strong leadership and team management skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Perai, Penang, Malaysia • Onsite plant operations ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified ### Application Instructions • Submit your resume to the specified recruitment contact email.
