Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Dauch is hiring Production Operators to carry out daily manufacturing and assembly operations at their plant in Penang. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Operate production machinery, CNC units, and assembly workstations following standard operating procedures. - Carry out routine part handling, loading, unloading, and basic quality checks. - Ensure production targets, line efficiency, and safety standards are achieved. - Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with 5S principles. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Prior experience in automotive manufacturing and/or machining environments is an added advantage. - Willingness to perform hands-on production line tasks with high attention to detail. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time manufacturing position located in Penang, Malaysia. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard manufacturing operator salary and statutory benefits. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the recruitment email.
