• Role & Company / Project Overview: Promantis Inc is seeking an experienced Technology Engineering Lead with strong expertise in data engineering, enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipelines, and technical leadership to drive the design and delivery of a batch feature store supporting Analytics and AI use cases. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise batch feature stores - Develop and optimize large-scale PySpark and Impala SQL pipelines - Work with Hive and Oracle data platforms - Drive data quality, reconciliation, performance tuning, and monitoring - Manage batch scheduling using CA7 or equivalent tools - Lead code reviews, technical design, CI/CD, and production releases - Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders - Support Agile delivery, Jira, SDLC, and AI-assisted development practices • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Application Development - 5+ years of hands-on experience with PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Advanced SQL - 3+ years of technical leadership experience - Strong expertise in Impala SQL, Hive, and Oracle - Experience with CA7, Linux scripting, Git/Bitbucket, and CI/CD - Knowledge of Agile, Jira, production releases, and change management - Experience with AI-assisted development tools - Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite role based in Pennsylvania (PA) - Full-Time position • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Apply by submitting your resume to the designated contact email
