Role & Company / Project Overview: We are actively hiring an experienced Lead Data / Databricks Engineer with strong expertise in cloud data engineering, Databricks, and project delivery management for Job ID REQ-26-0614. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and lakehouse solutions. • Lead project delivery, technical execution, and cross-functional teams. • Manage production support, SLAs, and client relationships. • Drive cloud cost optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. • Handle stakeholder communication, monthly reviews, and escalations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 15+ years of experience. • Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, and SQL. • Strong experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines. • Expertise in Delta Lake, Lakehouse Architecture, Streaming Data, and Data Warehousing. • Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and Performance Tuning. • Proven experience in Project/Delivery Management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication. • Experience managing Production Support, SLA Compliance, and Client Escalations. • Understanding of AWS/Databricks Cost Optimization. • Work Authorization: No H1B, OPT, or CPT.
