• Role & Company / Project Overview Infojini Consulting is hiring a hands-on Data Engineering Team Lead for a full-time, permanent role (no contract). The position is fully remote within the USA and seeks a technically strong professional who can drive data delivery and collaborate effectively with business and engineering teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive end-to-end data pipeline development - Manage batch and near-real-time data processing - Oversee data warehousing, Change Data Capture (CDC), and data modeling - Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and testing - Handle stakeholder management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and comprehensive technical documentation - Collaborate effectively across business and engineering units to ensure timely data delivery • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of relevant data engineering experience - Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Data Quality - Solid background in data architecture, data warehousing, and CDC patterns - Proven leadership and technical delivery capabilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Remote – USA - Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Role (No Contract) • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume via email to the specified recruiter.
