### Role & Company / Project Overview Extramarks Education is hiring Teacher Trainers to empower teachers, drive digital product adoption, and transform classroom experiences across schools to enhance teaching–learning outcomes. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Drive smooth customer onboarding and product adoption across partner schools. • Conduct impactful teacher training sessions to improve platform usage, engagement, and efficacy. • Collaborate closely with school stakeholders including principals and educators to identify training needs and adoption challenges. • Develop and execute structured training plans and targeted intervention strategies. • Analyze usage trends, feedback, and user pain points to drive continuous product and process improvement. • Prepare detailed training reports and track progress metrics on adoption and engagement. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 2–5 years of dedicated teacher training experience (Mandatory). • Demonstrated experience in school engagement and stakeholder management, particularly working with principals and educators. • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities. • Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design customized pedagogical training solutions. • Experience in developing instructional modules, assessments, and feedback mechanisms. • High proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, data analysis, and reporting. • Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Patna, Bihar, India. • Travel Requirement: Extensive field travel of 15–20 days per month. ### Application Instructions Qualified candidates can apply via the portal link or submit a resume with a cover letter to the listed email address.
