• Role & Company / Project Overview Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Capacity Building Specialist for an upcoming 5-year project based at Patna, Bihar. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and implement capacity building and training programs for health and nutrition initiatives. - Formulate training modules, pedagogical approaches, and community learning tools. - Work in close collaboration with field teams and institutional partners to strengthen operational capacity. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum Qualification: Post-graduate in Communication / Rural Development / Public Health / Social Sciences. - Minimum Experience: 10 years' experience in capacity building and training design for health & nutrition. - Working proficiency in Hindi and familiarity with the socio-cultural context of rural Bihar. - Preferred background: Experience working with SHGs, VOs, CLFs, ICDS, Community Nutrition Resource Persons (CNRPs), Rural Livelihood Mission, Health department, or Women and Child Development Corporation (WCDC) in Bihar. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Patna, Bihar, India. - Project Duration: 5 years. • Compensation & Benefits - Commensurate with qualifications and experience; candidates should share current and expected remuneration. • Application Instructions - Interested professionals should submit their CV in World Bank CV format along with current and expected remuneration before 21 October 2026 via email, stating the position applied for in the subject line.
