Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Expert for a 5-year upcoming development project in Patna, Bihar. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design frameworks for evaluation, monitoring, and data analysis for development programmes. - Oversee quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and insights generation for health and nutrition interventions. - Ensure robust monitoring and evaluation systems are aligned with project goals. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum Qualification: Post-graduate in Statistics / Economics / Public Health / Social Work. - Minimum Experience: 8 years' experience in designing the evaluation and analysis of data for development programmes in Health & Nutrition. - Working proficiency in Hindi and familiarity with the socio-cultural context of rural Bihar. - Preferred: Experience working with SHGs, VOs, CLFs, ICDS, CNRPs, Rural Livelihood Mission, Health department, or WCDC in Bihar. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Patna, Bihar, India. - Project Duration: 5 years. • Compensation & Benefits - To be discussed based on current and expected remuneration. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV in World Bank format along with current and expected remuneration before 21 October 2026 to the designated emails, specifying the role in the subject line.
