Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview Openings available through Space Consultant for Senior Resident in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG / Gynae) at a Medical College in Patiala, Punjab. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Deliver dedicated obstetrics and gynaecological patient care, manage labor room operations, and perform emergency obstetrical interventions. • Manage ward patients, provide pre- and post-operative surgical care, and assist in operative gynaecology. • Teach and mentor MBBS students during clinical rotations and practical case discussions. • Handle emergency calls and overnight rotational duties in accordance with medical college schedules. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • MS / DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG) with recognized degree and active medical council registration. • DGO candidates are NOT eligible per NMC requirements for medical colleges. • Candidates across any state in India are eligible to apply. • Preference given to candidates who can join immediately. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Medical College, Patiala, Punjab, India. • Shift pattern conforms to hospital and clinical department requirements. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per month (1 - 1.4 Lacs/month). • Professional experience in a structured medical teaching institution.
