Role & Company / Project Overview Space Consultant is recruiting an Assistant Professor for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG / Gynae) for a Medical College situated in Gangtok, Sikkim. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Deliver lectures, clinical demonstrations, and conduct bedside clinical teaching for medical undergraduate and postgraduate students. • Oversee outpatient clinics, obstetrics management, labor wards, and surgical gynaecological procedures. • Guide residents, supervise patient management protocols, and uphold medical education standards. • Participate in institutional clinical research, academic presentations, departmental meetings, and medical college administrative tasks. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Postgraduate medical degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (MS / DNB) with requisite post-PG teaching experience as prescribed under NMC guidelines. • Mandatory valid degree and medical council registration. • DGO holders are NOT eligible as per NMC regulations. • Candidates from ANY STATE can apply. • Immediate joiners preferred.
