Role & Company / Project Overview We are recruiting a Backend & LiveOps Engineer to architect and manage online server infrastructure and live operations for interactive multiplayer games. The position is fully remote for Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead applicants globally. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud backends, player databases, and real-time server architecture. - Implement LiveOps tools, player data persistence, match configuration systems, and in-game economy backends. - Monitor server health, uptime, latency, and database performance during live game environments. - Ensure high availability, data security, and seamless live content updates without player disruption. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated experience in backend engineering and LiveOps architecture for online games. - Experience appropriate for Mid-Level, Senior, or Lead technical levels. - Proficiency with cloud infrastructures, microservices, database management, and API design. - Familiarity with game services integration and live event configurations.
