Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Shiyali HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HSE Engineer for an upcoming shutdown project in Oman. This role ensures comprehensive health, safety, and environmental oversight during intensive turnaround activities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement and enforce HSE policies, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and emergency preparedness plans. - Conduct regular safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident prevention inspections across all work fronts. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory experience in fertilizer or petrochemical plant shutdowns. - Recognized safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH / IOSH) and engineering or safety diploma/degree. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Oman. - Mobilization Date: 20 February 2027. - Shutdown Duration: 1 to 2 Months. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: 700 OMR per month. - Free recruitment. - Free food and accommodation provided. - GAMCA medical expenses reimbursed by the company. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CVs via WhatsApp.
