• Role & Company / Project Overview Shiyali HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor for an upcoming shutdown project in Oman. This role involves directing mechanical maintenance and piping crews during plant turnaround. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise mechanical fitters, riggers, and technicians working on vessels, exchangers, valves, pumps, and compressors. - Coordinate daily work assignments, inspect completed mechanical installations, and maintain safe job execution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory supervisory experience in fertilizer or petrochemical plant shutdowns. - Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering / Fitter trade with proven shutdown leadership skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Oman. - Mobilization Date: 20 February 2027. - Shutdown Duration: 1 to 2 Months. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: 400 to 450 OMR per month. - Free recruitment. - Free food and accommodation provided. - GAMCA medical expenses reimbursed by the company. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CVs via WhatsApp.
