Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Shiyali HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Electrical Supervisor for an upcoming shutdown project in Oman. The role involves direct supervision of field electrical crews during plant turnaround operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise electrical technicians and electricians executing repairs, cable terminations, motor overhauls, and equipment testing. - Monitor work progress, ensure strict adherence to electrical safety procedures, and coordinate permit handovers. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory supervisory experience in fertilizer or petrochemical plant shutdowns. - Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Trade. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Oman. - Mobilization Date: 20 February 2027. - Shutdown Duration: 1 to 2 Months. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: 400 OMR per month. - Free recruitment. - Free food and accommodation provided. - GAMCA medical expenses reimbursed by the company. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CVs via WhatsApp.
