• Role & Company / Project Overview: Anubhuti Culture India is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive who can take end-to-end ownership of campaigns, budgets, and creatives to drive measurable growth and performance. The company is seeking an individual with a growth mindset (RUN → TEST → OPTIMIZE → SCALE) who understands the interplay between numbers, creatives, funnels, and customer acquisition, moving beyond simple campaign monitoring. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Manage and optimize ad budgets to deliver targeted return on ad spend. - Perform audience targeting, audience segmentation, and strategic retargeting. - Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize core performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and CPC. - Implement and oversee robust conversion tracking and analytics setups. - Perform landing page optimization to maximize conversion rates. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Deep understanding of Performance Marketing principles and campaign execution. - Proficiency in managing and analyzing ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and CPC metrics. - Experience in audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking. - Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing methodologies. - Practical knowledge of Shopify / D2C ecosystems is preferred. - Analytical mindset with strong budget management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Joining Timeline: Immediate or short notice preferred. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates who can own performance are encouraged to apply directly through the provided HR contact details.
