• Role & Company / Project Overview: Anubhuti Culture India is looking for a Junior Digital Marketer cum Performance Marketer who wants to build practical, real-world campaign experience. The role is designed for individuals eager to get hands-on and follow the approach of START → LEARN → EXECUTE → GROW. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute and assist in managing digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Conduct comprehensive audience research and segmentation. - Execute lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns. - Implement retargeting strategies across advertising channels. - Monitor performance tracking and maintain reporting on ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and CPC. - Set up and evaluate conversion tracking and conduct A/B testing across campaigns. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience level: 0 to 2 years. - Freshers with relevant practical knowledge are welcome to apply. - Practical knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools. - Foundational knowledge and familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Strong analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and execute. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Joining Timeline: Immediate or short notice preferred. • Compensation & Benefits: - In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month. • Application Instructions: - Eligible candidates can apply directly via the designated contact details.
